By accessing and using AI Subscriptions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

AI Subscriptions provides access to premium AI services at discounted rates, including:

• Gemini Pro subscription (1 year)
• ChatGPT Plus subscription (6 months)
• Perplexity AI subscription (1 year)

We act as an intermediary service provider, facilitating access to these AI services through special arrangements with the service providers.

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Maintain the security of your password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We offer various subscription plans with different pricing and features. By subscribing to our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees
• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Subscriptions and our licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Any claim or dispute between you and AI Subscriptions will be resolved individually and will not be consolidated in any class action.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
